What we collect. When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, organisation, and the details of your enquiry. Our funding eligibility check additionally collects your organisation size, approximate Microsoft cloud spend, and initiative type. We do not collect payment information through this site.
Why we collect it. We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and assess how we can help. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored. Form submissions are stored securely with our database provider and are accessible only to Chal-AI. Our website hosting and analytics providers may process technical data such as IP address and pages visited to operate the site.
Retention. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and we delete it on request.
Your rights. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing chintan@chal-ai.com. We respond within 30 days.
